Our flowers are freshly cut at peak bloom and hung by their stems from the rafters of our largest hoop house to dry naturally all season. Gomphrena, celosia, statice, strawflowers, and others retain their rich colors and are accented by the inclusion of dried Long Island dill with showy seed heads, the blue-green leaves of dried eucalyptus stems, and other ornamental dried herbs and grasses. These mixed bouquets mark the changing of the season and, within their unchanging beauty, hold our memories of a glorious summer. Dried bouquets will last from one to three years or more if protected from direct sun and lightly dusted. (Do not water.)
